Certified standards

We offer certification against four key international management system standards recognised throughout the world.

ISO 9001
ISO 9001:2015 — Quality management systems
ISO 9001 is the most widely used quality management standard in the world. It sets out the requirements for an organisation's quality management system and helps businesses demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements. ISO 9001 certification proves an organisation's commitment to quality, efficiency and the continual improvement of its processes. The standard applies to manufacturing, construction, trade, logistics and service companies regardless of their size.

ISO 14001
ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental management systems
ISO 14001 provides a framework that an organisation can use to protect the environment and respond to changing environmental conditions, in balance with socio-economic needs. The standard requires the identification of activity aspects with an environmental impact, the setting of objectives and programmes to reduce them, compliance with environmental legislation and continual improvement. Certification demonstrates a responsible attitude towards nature, improves the corporate image and opens access to new markets and public tenders.

ISO 45001
ISO 45001:2018 — Occupational health and safety management systems
ISO 45001 is the international standard for occupational health and safety (OHS) management. It replaced OHSAS 18001 and provides a framework for controlling risks, reducing workplace accidents and improving the working environment. The standard requires the active involvement of top management, consultation with workers, and the management of suppliers and contractors. ISO 45001 certification is an advantage when bidding for tenders and public contracts in the construction sector, industry and logistics.

ISO 39001
ISO 39001:2012 — Road traffic safety management systems
ISO 39001 is a standard for road traffic safety (RTS) management. It is intended for organisations whose activities are related to road traffic — transport companies, road infrastructure builders, municipalities, logistics operators and suppliers. The standard helps to reduce deaths and serious injuries resulting from road incidents. It requires an assessment of the risks related to road traffic, the establishment of safety objectives and the monitoring of results.

Process

How certification works

The certification process is structured into four clear steps and is carried out transparently with full communication with the client.

01
Submission of an application
The organisation submits an application for certification together with basic information about its activity, the scope of the system and the number of personnel. NJN Ltd prepares a proposal and a certification contract under fully transparent terms and a price list.
02
Documentation audit (Stage 1)
The audit team reviews the management system documentation — manuals, procedures, policies, objectives and records. The organisation's readiness for the on-site audit is assessed and potential areas for improvement are identified.
03
On-site audit (Stage 2)
Qualified auditors visit the organisation's site and verify the actual implementation of the management system. Objective evidence is gathered through interviews, observations and the examination of records. Where non-conformities are identified, the organisation takes corrective action.
04
Issuance of the certificate
Upon a successfully passed audit, a certification decision is taken and a certificate valid for 3 years is issued. Within the certification cycle, surveillance audits are conducted (after the 1st and 2nd year) and a recertification audit is carried out before the term expires.
Advantages

Benefits of certification

Certification against international standards brings measurable benefits to the organisation, its clients and partners.

International recognition
Certificates issued by NJN Ltd are recognised by regulatory authorities, clients and partners throughout the European Union and beyond. Accreditation by BAS guarantees trust and a level playing field on the international market. The certificate is available in the BAS register and on the European accreditation platform EA.
Competitive advantage
Holding a valid ISO certificate is a mandatory condition for participating in public tenders in the construction sector, industry, transport and logistics. The certificate increases the trust of clients and partners, facilitates entry into new markets and demonstrates the maturity of the organisational structure.
Continual improvement
ISO management systems build an internal culture of continual improvement. Regular internal and external audits identify weak points in processes and encourage the proactive management of risks and opportunities. The result is higher operational efficiency, reduced costs and better customer service.
